SUNTEK PRECISION CO., LTD. SHANGHAI RISING-SUN ELECTRONIC EQUIPMENT CO., LTD. The company was established in 1993 with the main business in power semiconductor area including both the front end and back end services. Our major products are diodes, bridges and protection devices. The main market covers Taiwan ,China and Europe. We will continue our commitment in the business of power semiconductors as well as the investment of new technology to help our customers do business easily.
